FREE EMERGENCY LINE

Emergency service is offered during our business hours, Monday to Friday. This service is free and at no additional cost. To access the free service, dial 450 651-2240.


PAYABLE EMERGENCY LINE

Emergency service is offered outside of our business hours, either evenings, nights or weekends. This service is chargeable and your situation must qualify to have access to it. To contact the emergency service, dial 450-651-5355.


Make sure your situation qualifies as urgent BEFORE using this service as you will be billed from the start of your call.


PAYABLE EMERGENCY SERVICE FEES AND TERMS OF USE:

  • 150$ Basic fee
  • During the call, the customer must be able to provide us with:
  • the necessary authorizations,
  • a purchase order number,
  • a written authorization accepting the terms of the emergency line and the related costs.
  • Fees related to remote technical support: Basic fee + fees applicable per hour, according to the hourly rate in effect, double time.
  • Costs related to on-site technical support: Base charge + charges applicable per hour, according to the hourly rate in effect, double-time + travel costs + living expenses, if applicable.


QUALIFICATIONS TO BENEFIT FROM THE PAYABLE EMERGENCY LINE: 

  • A need for equipment or a vehicle during a major intervention, endangering lives or potentially causing major damage (cataclysm, large-scale fires, danger of losing lives, climatic events, pandemics, etc.).
  • A need for technical support or repair during a real intervention with one of our vehicles or equipment (ex: vehicle or equipment stopped at the scene of a major fire, non-functional vehicle that could be life-threatening, vehicle no longer responding to orders, etc.).
  • A serious accident that may be caused by the malfunction of one of our vehicles or equipment, requiring an emergency investigation.


EXCLUSION:

  • Vehicle or equipment out of service, observed in the evening, night or weekend, even if the customer has no replacement vehicle or equipment. A mutual assistance agreement exists with all municipalities in Quebec, according to the risk coverage plan obligations of each city or MRC and the mutual assistance process must be initiated.
  • Price request, equipment or truck availability and rental must be made and processed during our opening hours.
  • Any other situation not appearing in the examples above.
