INNOTEX GRAY™ is a series of protective interfaces that addresses the growing industry concern of increased cancer cases in firefighters. By using a particulate blocking layer, we can effectively mitigate the risks of carcinogenic particulate contamination while maintaining air permeability.

Specifications

Shields vulnerable area between helmet & coat. 3-layer system. Outer shell is an air permeable particulate blocking layer. Smooth, cooling inner viscose filament liner. TTP 29.7 / THL 385.

  • Particulate blocking layer INNOTEX GRAY™

    Uses a particulate blocking layer that stops particulates 0.1 to 1.0 microns (µm) found in the combustion of structural fires by >99.99%.
  • Air permeable Innotex Gray™

    Allows for air permeation, which is essential to reduce the risk of increased core temperature.
  • Innotex Gray™ hood 3 layers

    Just like your turnout. The outer shell is an air permeable carcinogenic particulate blocking layer. The middle layer, Stedair Prevent®, blocks more than 99.99% of particles ranging from 0.1 to 1.0 microns.  The inner liner is a smooth, cooling viscose filament.

    1 - Nomex 20% / Lenzing FR 80% (Shoulder/back bib) (8 oz/YD2)

    2 - Stedair Prevent, particulate blocking layer, air permeability

    3 - 100% viscose filament (soft superior wicking properties)
