Description

DURATTACK 1000TM is a 100% synthetic Cordura® Type 6-6 polyamide warp yarn outer jacket, which is combined with a nitrile rubber through-the-weave inner hose. The outside jacket is thoroughly impregnated with our Ultra-ShieldTM high-tech polymer that is abrasion and moisture resistant. Available in 50 ft. lengths.

• Exclusive DURA-CORD® advanced air-textured Nylon 6-6 continuous filament warp yarns, resulting in superior “toughness”, abrasion resistance, cut resistance, tear strength and heat resistance when compared to competitive nylon, spun polyester or filament polyester warp constructions
• Unique Ultra-Shield™ high-performance polyurethane coating seals each and every fiber in the bundle, further improving the abrasion resistance, reducing moisture and chemical absorption, and providing vivid color-coded identification
• Superior “fit” between inner hose and outer jacket eliminates bunching, wrinkling and snagging of outer jacket
• Increased thickness of nitrile rubber inner hose eliminates leaking and/ or “soaker hose” problems encountered with competitive products
• Very low hydraulic friction loss encountered during pumping operations
• Unsurpassed kink resistance at low pressure, making it the perfect choice for low pressure nozzle applications
• Anti-Burst technology significantly reduces potential for catastrophic burst failure while hose is charged
