EMERGENCY SERVICE

Two types of emergency services are available: toll-free emergency service and billable emergency service.

Be sure to read the terms and conditions as fees and conditions may apply as soon as you contact us.

Base fee: $150
Additional fees: Costs related to on-site technical support: Basic fees + fees at the current rate (X2) + travel expenses + living expenses, if applicable.
When you call, you will need to provide us with:

- - the necessary authorizations,
  - a purchase order number,
  - written permission accepting the terms and conditions of the hotline and related charges.

Need for equipment or vehicle during a significant intervention, putting lives at risk or likely to cause significant damage (cataclysm, significant fires, the danger of losing lives, climactic event, pandemic, etc.).
Or, need for technical support or repair during an actual intervention with one of our vehicles or equipment (e.g., a vehicle or equipment immobilized at the site of a significant fire, a non-functional vehicle that may be life-threatening, a vehicle no longer responding to commands, etc.).
Or, risk of a serious accident that may be caused by the malfunction of one of our vehicles or equipment, requiring an emergency investigation.

Vehicle or equipment out of service, found in the evening, at night, or on weekends, even if the customer does not have a replacement vehicle or equipment. A mutual aid agreement exists between all municipalities in Quebec, according to the risk coverage plan obligations of each city or RCM. In such a situation, the process of mutual assistance must be initiated.
Price request, availability of equipment, truck, and equipment rental.
Any other situation not included in the required conditions.
