RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Areo-Fire is proud of the quality of its products and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the items in store or by mail or by carrier. And this, while respecting the conditions below.
For your return request to be processed, you must follow the conditions below.
Conditions
You must contact customer service by email within 10 days of receiving your merchandise for a refund or exchange.
Please follow one of the two procedures below to return your items:
IN STORE :
- Contact customer service by email to request your return authorization (RMA number).
- Once you have obtained your RMA number, proceed to the next steps:
- Print and fill out the Return and Exchange Form to return with your product.
- Include a proof of purchase in your shipment.
- Drop off your product directly at our customer counter at Areo-Fire.
- Be sure to send us all the necessary information with the product to be returned.
- Opening hours : Monday to Thursday : 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM Friday : 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
BY MAIL OR CARRIER :
- Contact customer service by email to request your return authorization (RMA number).
- Once you have obtained your RMA number, proceed to the next steps:
- Print and fill out the Return and Exchange Form to return with your product.
- Include a proof of purchase in your shipment.
- Send your package to the address indicated on the return and exchange procedure.
- Be sure to send us all the necessary information with the product to be returned.
Areo-Fire will not accept any return and will not refund or exchange if either of the above procedures are not followed.
If you paid for your order by credit card, the amount charged will be credited as soon as possible, except for shipping and handling fees, if applicable. You will be notified by email of the transaction. Please allow for a delay before your refund appears on your credit card statement.
If you have charged your order to your customer account, a credit will be issued to your account for future purchases.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a shipping error or defect and only if this Return and Exchange Policy has been strictly followed.
You are responsible for the return shipping. If your package does not arrive at Areo-Fire or if it arrives damaged in transit, Areo-Fire will not issue a refund or exchange. Be sure to ask for a tracking number for your package. We advise you not to deposit your package in a self-service drop box. Areo-Fire will not be held responsible for any loss, breakage or additional delivery delays when returning your package. No compensation will be offered in such a case.
The merchandise must be returned intact and in its original packaging, including: the blank warranty cards, the user manuals, the UPC code as well as any article or accessory supplied by the manufacturer. If the merchandise is returned incomplete or damaged, Areo-Fire reserves the right to refuse to take back the merchandise, to return the merchandise to you at your expense and/or to proceed with the repair of the merchandise at your expense.
Areo-Fire does not offer refunds for the following items: light bulbs, unwrapped batteries, shipping fees, COVID-19 related items, special or custom orders and clearance items.
Areo-Fire reserves the right to modify this list of non-refundable items unilaterally and without notice.
